With Honours in Audio Recording Technology from the Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology, as well as attending the Music Industry Arts – Music Production program at Fanshawe under Jack Richardson, I have an extensive knowledge of audio.
I opened a full commercial studio, Mix Audio Studios as Owner/Engineer. While at Mix Audio we also ran an intro to audio recording for the local college as a special interest course.
I then began to go out on location around the USA and Canada, filming feature films, shorts, documentaries, corporate, web series, sports, and reality TV for PBC, CBC. Following which, I left the studio and began to freelance as a location sound engineer boom operator. I won multiple International Telly Awards for location sound.
I then proceeded to then teach the guest lecture series at Ontario Institute of Audio Recording for Location Sound as a career option .
Now, I have returned to open another recording studio, Sound & Music, focused at post audio for films, as well as audio recording for musicians.
